* I am in South Africa… not USA.
* I do not do custom orders.
* I do not have tutorials or patterns. Though I will post after-the-fact video’s which you’ll find on my channel here: www.mym.co.za/YouTube
* I do not have my own “shop”… but I do use Bid Or Buy (the South African version of eBay) and what I have available for sale can be found here: www.mym.co.za/store
I make everything with fun, imagination, passion, and a touch of “wow, didn’t think of that before I started”. Sometimes I use patterns (especially for clothing items) but bags and quilts grow as I go.
My fabrics are preloved, thrifted, gifted, donated, or otherwise rescued from landfills. My items are OOAK (one of a kind) that may start with an idea, but the end result is usually very different from the initial thought. I spend time with them as I figure out how to get past glitches and often the workaround is a work of art in itself.
Please note:
* There is only ever 1 of anything.
* No remakes or different sizes.
* Once they are sold… they are gone.
It takes a lot of individual items to create ONE of my items… It is quite the process, and a lot of time and effort goes into acquiring and choosing fabrics before I even think of making the first cut in the fabric.
I am a one-woman show. For all of it… from the collecting to the sorting / selecting, the thoughts and ideas for a design… The cutting of fabric, the actual “making”… the photos… the editing, social media… marketing, listing online, packaging and posting.
Phew… I get tired just thinking about it all. Especially when all I want to do is… SEW!! (but cashflow is king, so it must be done) – hence affiliate blocks like this one below 🙂

While my sewing is personally fulfilling… it’s not paying the bills… I’m venturing into affiliate marketing to do that… so please click on the adverts on this page (it also helps me see that they’re working)
I am so grateful to be able to work towards my dreams and create items that are beautiful, unique, fun, flattering, and functional. The bonus is that it’s sustainable ECO fashion. And it looks fantastic, feels comfortable, and makes you feel like you are wearing something extraordinary. Â
There is something spiritual when heart, hands, and spirit combine in a work of wearable art.
Thanks and God bless
